How do I purchase a Module?

Visit the product page, add the Module to your cart, and complete checkout. Payment is processed via Stripe. After successful payment you will receive a confirmation and a license email with download/installation instructions.

I paid but did not receive a license email. What should I do?

Check spam/junk, confirm your order email, and if still missing contact support@baseuplabs.com with your order ID and payment reference or visit our help desk at https://portal.baseuplabs.com/helpdesk.

Do you offer refunds or trials?

Refunds: 7 days from purchase if the Module does not function as described and we cannot reasonably fix it. Trial availability is listed per product.
